Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, free from damage or odour, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Personalized items are not returnable. Refunds or replacements are only available when the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. ZUZSE is not responsible if a player later changes team or shirt number, or if an official badge or design changes after purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized jerseys, custom names, numbers, patches or player printing
- Worn, washed, altered, stained or damaged items
- Gift cards and items clearly marked final sale
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
