▣ Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared within 2–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Personalized jerseys may require an additional 1–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

➜ Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery normally takes 5–25 business days depending on the destination, customs clearance, local carrier conditions and seasonal demand. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

⌖ Order Tracking
A tracking number is sent by email after the order ships. The first carrier update may take 2–5 days to appear. Registered customers can also review order information from My Account.

⌂ Address Changes
Check the recipient name, street address, apartment number, city, postal code and telephone number before checkout. Contact us immediately if something is wrong. An address cannot always be changed after processing or dispatch begins.

◎ International Delivery
ZUZSE ships eligible products to supported destinations. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout states otherwise. Customs processing can extend delivery time.

⇄ Split Shipments and Delays
Large orders or products with different preparation times may arrive in separate parcels. If tracking has not updated beyond the normal delivery window, contact us before opening a carrier claim so we can review the shipment details.
